The FOR Children's
Educational Program runs the first Sunday of each month from Noon to
3pm on the 1st floor of the Chalice House, Northwest Unitarian
Universalist Congregation, 1025 Mt. Vernon Highway, Atlanta, GA
30327. The FOR Children's Educational Program is open to kids,
ages 3 to teen. (Older teens may also enjoy and are encouraged to attend the monthly FORum, held
simultaneously on the 2nd floor.)
Kids are encouraged to
arrive at Noon and meet their new FOR friends. The formal portion of
the FOR Children's Educational Program, led by FOR parents, is held
between 12:30 and 1pm. This allows visiting parents and FOR members to
attend the FORum session, which begins at 1pm. After that time,
our paid daycare provider leads the children in activities, games and
free-play.
Visitors and potential members'
children ARE WELCOME at the FOR Children's Educational
Program!!! While non-member adults are welcome to attend an
unlimited number of FORum sessions, due to resource limitations,
children of non-members are limited to four monthly program sessions
prior to their parents becoming members.
